This is a very sweet statue that came packaged very well in a box with styrofoam. It has a nice solid weight to it and doesn't feel like it would fall over or break easily. The elephants are very sweet and the little bird sitting on the birdbath is just the right pop of color that brings out the loveliness of the statue even more. Once charged in the sunlight, it stays lit for quite a while. I love it!

Two things about this particular elephant that stuck out for me. The first is the detail on the figurine itself. This is a very nicely designed elephant with a much more realistic look to the character than most, which tend to be "clowny". This one is perfect for someone that collects more realistic elephant collectables. The second thing I like about this is that the designer did not just stick likes where they fit, but with no purpose. I have one that has a flower that lights up. Another has 2 sunflowers over it's head that light up and both of those in the dark are nothing more than dim lights pointing out from the dark. You loose the figure in the evening and night. This figure is definitely designed better with the light emitting upward out of the birth bath bowl which in the evening illuminates the elephant from below and makes him/her the star of the show. Really nice touch to think that through.

I am LOVING this little elephant garden statue. It's a good size resin statue probably comparable to the size of a basket ball. The statue is well made with impressive detailing. It doesn't have crazy intricate detailing but, the detailing that's there is noticeable and well done. I love the little epoxy resin touch to the light up water fountain in the center of this garden piece. The solar light functions really well. The light is subtle yet noticeable without being intrusive. After just a little sun exposure the light works beautifully! The solar panel on the back is discrete and easy to place to get enough sunlight to illuminate our garden at night. Since the statue is make of resin it's light weight but sturdy enough to tolerate the weather. All in all this elephant statue is very well done. It looks great and doesn't have a cheap look to it like other garden decor I've seen. I'm very happy and impressed with this little garden decor piece and would happily recommend it.
