Welcome to GIGALUMI's self-service page for processing warranty requests and making inquiries. All products purchased from GIGALUMI come with a six-month warranty.

Your product enjoys unlimited lifetime customer service. Within the first six-month of your purchase, if the light has failed due to non-human damage, our customer service team will provide free warranty service.

You can verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.

Please note the warranty is only available for purchases on GIGALUMI official store.  For purchases made through GIGALUMI authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
