I really like them but now they are getting dimmer each night. They are located in full sun. Should I replace the batteries?

We have 24 Gigalumi lights in our shrub beds. After our first order of 12 lights we were very pleased and will continue to purchase the same in the future.

I I haven’t received them been trying to track them down but haven’t been able too , shows there in Muskogee but have not been delivered to me please help thank you
